Q1: A (10pts), B (8pts), C (3pts), D (0pts)
Q2: For each answer circled give yourself 10 points (10x10)
Q3: A (10pts), B (8pts), C (3pts), D (0pts)
(1) To score yourself as an individual consumer
(120 1.2)
Divide the sum of your score (out of 120pts) by 1.2
(2) To calculate the score of your organization
(Grand Total 1.2)
To calculate the Grand Total, multiply the number of each response by the distributed percentage of those individuals, and then add the results. Divide this total by 1.2.
You can also compare your answer to a survey given to 2000 individuals across Japan in December 2004.
