グリーン購入を国際的に普及させるために2005年に設立された国際グリーン購入ネットワーク（IGPN）は、日本を含めアジアの11カ国・地域にあるグリーン購入ネットワーク組織をつなぎ、情報共有を図っています。

情報共有の一環として、定期的にNewsletterを発行しています。Newsletterでは、世界のSPP（サステナブル公共調達）の動向や各国GPNの活動状況を掲載しており、第26号が4月に発行されました。

第27号のトップ記事は、IGPNが UNEP SPP Programと共同で取り組んだ、サプライチェーンマネジメントを統合したカーボンラベルと脱炭素に関する先進的な活用取り組み事例集のリリース報告です。

また、各国GPNの活動報告のうち、日本からは伊坪徳宏GPN会長（早稲田大学 創造理工学部環境資源工学科 教授）の紹介と、カーボンニュートラル商品・サービス研究会の開催予定について掲載しています。
